I'm looking for private channels within the call for pair and group discussions, but not breakout room

Does anyone know a system where I could have the call with my group of students, but instead of sending them to breakout rooms like in Zoom, I could keep everyone within the main call, and I could create private voice channels between students and groups, which I can easily switch between or even listen and talk to all at once, or per group?
