Protecting Info From Temp Employees

Things or best practices you do to protect your client list from seasonal and part time staff. We are hiring staff for the first time in a while, I will set up separate logins for Drake software for them with very limited access. Do I have away to limit access to only the clients that were assigned to them?

Any other recommendations? Anyway to protect the C drive, I’ve heard no but would love to triple check.
