Hi guys just stared a cover up

I’ve just started to cover my arm. I haven’t had a tattoo in ages so I looked up this guy, very awesome guy with very good explanation on everything. Does it look infected to you guys? The artist said it didn’t look infected but also he said “from here” (I’ve sent him pictures)
