BvB2 Air Times in East US Time

This is the first AU season I'm trying to watch as it airs (been catching up over the past year or two) and struggling to figure out when eps of this season air specifically? I'm trying to work out what it is in East US time and all I see are that the airing timeslot is 7 or 7:30pm depending on the day and it does not specify what timezone that is based in so I can convert it over. So confused unless I'm overthinking it somehow. I have a friend who is hosting the eps to me but he doesn't get them until a day or two after so I'm trying to see if watching live via VPN is doable like if I'd still be awake then (I'm usually up very late US time). Any clarifications appreciated :)
