Sweet desire
I quit smoking the 01/01. Honestly is going well… I do a lot of sport and I try to not think about cigarettes. BUT sometimes I have sweet/sugar desire
At the beginning I said to myself « is ok, you quite smoke so you have to right to eat a lot of sugar » and now I’m not comfortable with follow this desire. My fear is to replace cigarette with sugar and is definitely not a good idea.
My question is have you this kind of desire ? And are you follow them or what do you do ?
