Speed Run Achievement Woes

I've been trying for the past three hours to get the speed run achievement, but to no avail. I've tried the "map freedom" and "bind "r" "ent_remove"" commands on the console, but neither has worked, even with going through the boss' office three times and spawning in the blue room. I have all the other achievements for this game, so this last one is driving me nuts. Any help would be much appreciated!! Thank you kind people of Reddit!!!
