Vendor in Appfolio

I am a maintenance vendor in Appfolio for a property management company. The vendor portal is very limited and doesn’t allow to pull any data from from there. I am wondering if anyone has any experience or knows of any software that can pull the data instead of having to copy paste each work order individually and paste it into our field service software?
