Help needed: QR code ticketing system for a shuttle type business.

So I’m looking to create a shuttle business for people river floating. Basically they load in and I drop them off at the start of the river (simplified).

But I’m wondering if anyone has recommendations on a QR ticketing system that I could use.

Here are some needs: Expires after one use

Easy platform to navigate (no sign in if possible, just purchase a ticket and have the code generate).

Wants Ability for a person to be able to purchase another QR code for half the price in case they want to ride again. Preferably a text message that gives them a code. (I do see this a problem though if I don’t make them sign in, but I could just have them sign in with a phone number)

Bus tracker so they can see how far the bus is before its next pick up.

I saw something called fareharbor but they have a 6% fee and they would really eat into my margins.
