401k/IRA for owner but not employees?

Want to start a retirement for myself. Self employed Sole Prop with 6 employees.

Heard about both IRA and 401ks, but they all seem to require offering benefits to employees.

I do not want to do this as my employees are paid way above industry standard and have othrr benefits.

Do any of you small biz owners have retirement accounts for just you?

Any advice is appreciated.
