what I'm supposed to do for cristal slimes?

so since I restarted playing the game (dropped it when it launched) I got every slime from indigo quarry except the cristal one, whe I get in indigo quarry there was a bunch of them, I collected many but then I died (and those evil slimes ate all of them there) so everytime I get back there... there isn't a single one there.
