Time asleep has been wrong lately?
I’m not exactly sure when this issue has started but I want to say it’s around the same time the Sleep GPT was added to the app. But for the last few months at least my time asleep has been very inaccurate. To the point where it’s actually ruining my sleep data. Mostly every night I am asleep for anywhere between 7-8 hours, but when I wake up the app says I only was asleep for 6-7 hours.
Has anyone else noticed the time asleep has been wrong lately? This is very frustrating as someone that’s used the app every night for 5 years that it’s suddenly skewing my data for some reason.
