(Beginner Modder) Blue Arms When Using Weapons In First Person

Title is exactly how it sounds, when using a weapon in 3rd person there are no blue arms. But when zoomed in, the blue arms appear. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated, and if you notice any other errors I would love to hear what they are!

EDIT: It was an issue with my racemenu preset. Once I created a character without it the blue arms stopped showing up. Thanks!
