Is this in Skyrim or did I dream it?

I have a strong memory of a Dwemer ruin located somewhere in the eastern mountains. Inside in one of the rooms there is a group of skeletal remains with carts heaped with pots and ruined books etc. I think the lore explanation is that this was a group of Dunmer fleeing Morrowind after the eruption of Red Mountain who tried to escape into Skyrim through this Dwemer ruin, but were ultimately killed by Falmer.

I booted up Skyrim last night for the first time in years and tried to find it without luck.

Does it exist?
