Skyrim image is milky.

So i wanted to get into Skyrim again but somehow my image is a bit milky (bright). It looks like the brightness is fully turned up but that is not the case. Removing the enb didn't help either. I tried to make screenshots but if i open the screenshot i made, everything looks normal. Anyone had this problem before? Only happens with Skyrim other games look normal.
