Portal of Power on RPCS3

So I am looking to play skylanders again but this time with RPCS3, the only thing I can get answered on google/youtube is whether or not you can use a physical portal with RPCS3? I know it has a digital one but I would like to use my actual characters if possible, and I wanted to use RPCS3 because it had ps3 instead of Wii on dolphin.

If anyone has suggestions I appreciate it, and if there is another emulator that works for this is also helpful, thanks in advance!
