Not sure what these rashes are but gets worse when I drink

Got this mainly on my legs it feels like raised dry bumps and I feel like it’s worse on parts where my leg rubs on pants. It also gets worse when I drink alcohol. However it’s not really itchy. Is this psoriasis or eczema ? Thanks for the help.
