Beginner Skiier Question

Hello… looking to buy some starter skis but don’t wanna break the bank. I’ve been looking at some used K2 Amp Strike Skis with Marker M2 bindings. I know nothing about skis, but don’t want to spend a fortune. Just trying to pick some up to avoid paying rental fees every time. I’m 5’ 10” so I was looking at 160cm based on what the people at Erik’s told me.

Have two trips this year and maybe one next year so I won’t go a ton.
