Does anybody know how to get in contact with SimMakerZ ?

basically i bought an article from them on the 18/10/24 and i have 0 news since that day.

i've tried to use the contact form on the website, contact them through facebook and send an email but no one replies. i'm beggining to be worried. I would prefer not to cancel my order through paypal since i want the article i bought but the problem is i don't have ANY sort of feedback from them since 18/10/24. thanks
