Tired of scalpers taking all of the inventory, have to resolve to bottling myself.

How does it work? What’s the best one? How much startup costs is required? I collect pokemon and sneakers. I don’t want nor need large quantities of any just enough for myself and possibly some friends not many. Where can I find how to guides or instructions on the inner working of setting up?
