Emerald Urethane Trim failing on exterior jobs?

Has anyone heard of this in your regions? I am in Florida and overheard a couple SW reps talking about how it has failed on a few of their customers jobs. Obviously "failing" is very subjective and most of the time it is poor prep but for it to happen multiple times to different painters in a short period of time is a little weird.
