Blacklisted

Has anyone ever been blacklisted for quitting during their shift?

For reference, I put in a complaint about a coworker who was related to our manager. I then got no shifts for a week, and a 4 hour shift the next week. They they didn't schedule me AGAIN, but called me every day I was on vacation asking me to cover a shift. When I got back, I went in to cover, heard one snide comment from the bitchy coworker, and quit. It's been 3 ½ years, I have much more experience in fast food and retail since then, and I still can't get an interview at any Sheetz in a three county area. I even asked a manager I know if they got my application, and they didn't after I applied online.

My question is, does Sheetz blacklist people corporate wide? If so, is it permanent?
