I need some help navigating my situation

Hello all!

Not sure how to react/respond/next steps...

Long story short my wife and I have been together for 7 years married for 5 with no kids. We are both 27 years old. The last few years have been rocky leading to a conversation tonight. She has zero interest in having sex with me anymore (her words) wr haven't had sex in 8 months We have slept in seperate bedrooms for about a month now. Neither one of us can afford to leave the house I own. She told me tonight she wants to open the marriage and it blindsided me. Not sure what to do.
