TW3s or TW4s

Sent in my TW3 for repairs after a charging/battery issue. They appear to be lost in transit back to me so I'm being offered a replacement TW3 or a refund towards a set of TW4s.

I like my TW3s loved my TW2s but how do the 3s compare to the 4s?
