Issues with KDP reflowable text conversion

Hello. I am having problems uploading my nonfiction manuscript to KDP ebook format. It keeps saying a need reflowable text. I have been using my InDesign document to create so many types of files and none work. InDesign > epub, no go. InDesign >PDF, no go. PDF > epub, no go. PDF > Kindle Creates files of all three types (reflowable, comic, and pictures) no go. Nothing works. Actually, InDesign > epub uploads fine and looks good on the previewer. But then I get a popup that tells me "fixed format is required." But earlier, they say fixed format isn't good and I need reflowable. Sends me to Kindle Create which doesn't work either. Any advice?
