I really need help

I really need help getting my life back together. I'm 16 years old and I've been doing some home schooling but since I enrolled late last year so I have to do some summer school which I'm currently doing. The end of summer school is in the 10th of February and I have 20 hours worth of work to do and everytime I try and sit down to complete work I drift off and watch some tiktok or youtube shorts for about 10 hours and then I panic because I have to go to sleep and I havent completed any work.
everytime I delete yt and tiktok Ijust end up downloading it again. I'm getting out of out of shape and nofap hasnt been apart of my life for a long time. What should I do to stop procrastinating and have more discipline?
