Is a teacher mandated to report sh?

Hi, so, to keep this short, yesterday I had a competition and I was required to wear short sleeves, most of my scars aren’t that visible, however sometimes I trace them with my fingers for comfort, my coach was looking at me weird, he was also on his phone more than usual and now I’m scared he will report me. He accidentally saw some fresh cuts before and when he asked I just said it was my dog but I don’t think he believed that. I feel like he’s judging me all the time but at the same time I don’t want to overthink it.

Am I cooked?
