full sleeve tattoo?

i’m thinking of becoming a school counselor, and i’m in the process of getting some tattoos removed (i have a skull and a grim reaper with a scythe). i do have a full american traditional sleeve. would it be okay if i kept a few of my pieces, or would it be frowned upon? thanks!
