Issues with our VOIP provider and numbers showing up as "Spam" Or "Potential Spam"
My company is using RingCentral Office and RingCentral Contact Center and it seems that some of our calls are not going through to people who use robocall blockers or spam blockers. This is happening for our autodialer and from our reps direct dial lines.
A. I was wondering if others are experience similar issues and
B. Does anyone know a way around this? We have been buying new phone numbers only for them to show up as "spam" or "potential spam" just days after dialing.
I just got off the phone with support after almost 2 hours and the rep claimed to not be familiar with this type of blocking issue. He continued on to say that their carrier had issues in the past with connecting to AT&T customers that have been since resolved but will be looking into that as well.
