Up-to-date best small businesses that need more hype

I searched before posting but the previous posts are 9 months+ old and a lot can change in that time.

Tell me your favorite locally owned shops/restaurants that deserve more hype in the Richmond and surrounding areas! Bonus points for any in Chesterfield or Midlothian!

(I create social media content for a family owned business, and we spread the word on local businesses on Tuesdays, trying to get a good list)
