What was your power bill cost these last two months?

Could you please let me know if I am going crazy? I know it's been abnormally cold around here..

Single home, around 1400sqf and it's just me living here.

$292 for last month and $280 for this month, and I keep my thermostat at 66F, AND have a heat pump that was installed in 2020. This is a home built in the late 2000's, and after a Dominion Energy audit AND solar panels put on my roof.
