I can't speak fluently

I'm just a casual gamer. I got sick lately and didn't go to work. So I played my ps4 pro lot lately(actually, I rarely play it and play games like rocket league fifa etc.). I've finished fallout 4 then mass effect legendary edition in a time of 5 days.

I know always my speeches and relations are influencing my future but nowadays I can't speak fluently because I try to guess what my actions will do in the future when I'm talking. When I do chit-chat with my colleague I think far future from then so I can't reply quickly.

How to undo this?
