Royal Mail refuses to deliver to my place, always marked it as ‘Delivery Attempted - No Answer’
As per title, I have waited 3 days at home (sacrificing work time) for Royal Mail to deliver a Tracked 48 parcel. As you can see in the photo attached, they said my address is inaccessible (previous deliveries had no issues), then on Thursday and Saturday marked as delivery attempted (I was home the whole time, no doorbell rings or knocks).
I contacted Royal Mail customer service line, they kept giving me the same copy and paste answer ‘they probably ran out of time’, ‘hmm that’s weird they should have delivered’! Mind you the Saturday is one where I have scheduled delivery. Now I can’t even update delivery options!
I contacted seller on Ebay and they said they can’t help. What should I do now? I have a strong feeling the postie decided not to stop by and skipped my area totally. Will I be able to ask for refund on Ebay if both seller and Royal Mail wont sort this out?
