Do you have any customers who just seem to hate you?

Do you have any repeat customers who just seem to not like you? It sounds weird. I have this one lady... she really just seems to have a problem.but gets into my checkout line anyway. Ive never once not had a bad experience. I just would like to never see her again. I was just trying to be done quickly.
