A customer accused me of stealing $100 from them yesterday from the till of my register.

The lady's total was $41.57 and she paid me with a $100 bill. The cash office at my job broke the $100 bill for me, and I took $45 out of the money she gave me and gave her the rest of the money. She gave me $0.57, and I totaled her out as $45.57, and gave her $4 back from my till.

The lady put all the money in her purse and walked to customer service and said she gave me $100 and I only gave her $4 back.

Customer service had to audit my till and watch me on camera. They saw that I did nothing wrong. The lady didn't apologize to me either. She ran out the door. I work at Ingles.
