M36 non sexual w F34. Can it last?

I m36 have been with a beautiful f34 for coming on 4 years now. Things have been rocky for quite some time. We started off sexually but that died quickly. We have slept together twice in the beginning of the relationship and have done nothing since 03/2022. I explained many times that it’s not the dynamic I would like and I have needs. We still haven’t been sexual. I don’t really even get any kisses. I try to kiss her and she gets like a little bit of spit and I end up just getting spit on my lips.

We’ve been together coming on 4 years and I really don’t know if I can take it anymore. She’s the only person in my life so losing her I would lose everything, she is my best friend. I tell her all the time I love her but she has never once said it back and tells me things like yea well I don’t.

I realize it’s probably time to move on but it just seems so tough and an impossible road ahead. I just wish things could have been different.
