I am extremely determined to beat this impossible challenge.

So obviously it is impossible to explore New Austin as Arthur, however as Arthur I have dominated West Elizabeth I have reached Blackwater and gunned through the Pinkertons after purchasing max ammo, upgrades, and tonics and I was able to last half an hour in Blackwater. My main trick is to travel on foot sneaking through the land with my horse following I rely on camping behind trees, rocks, or buildings waiting for the lawmen and picking them off with shotguns or picking them off with rifles. I would 100% be able to make it to New Austin if it wasn't for that damn invisible sniper. REAL DIRTY TRICK ROCKSTAR!!! I just need to figure out a way to bypass the sniper other than that combat is no problem, I'm a one man army the Pinkertons can eat my horses ass. I just wanted to ask has anyone else reached blackwater as Arthur or better yet has anyone completed the impossible challenge of reaching New Austin as Arthur Morgan without any sort of mods?
