How did Charles even find Arthur?

Sorry if this has been asked before, I just discovered this sub but couldn't find any posts regarding this question.

Basically, what I'm wondering is this:

How did Charles even find Arthur's body after his death? Obviously, if Arthur dies in the camp at Beaver Hollow, his body wouldn't be too difficult to find, but how would he find him if he dies on top of the mountain?

As far as I know, John would've been the only one aside from Micah and Dutch to know that location, and I believe that Charles spoke to none of them in the immediate aftermath of Chapter 6.

TL;DR: How did Charles find Arthur's body on top of the mountain that he died on?

Edit: As many have pointed, he most likely just used his tracking skills. My bad, I didn't take that into consideration!
