Should I upgrade my iPhone 11?

Hello so I have had the 11 pro max for a little less than two years. Got it from Amazon (unlocked-64mg) payed about 680 after taxes. I’ve had to buy more storage for my photos because I’m a hoarder for photos, yes I’m a girl lol. But problem is that I’m running out of iPhone storage. Should I switch to the 14 or 15 max. And the phone quality on here is not so great anymore.
