Poop! Poop is everywhere!

Those of us in the Midwest are currently dealing with a puppy and 6” + of standing snow… our puppy has not been happy with her bathroom situation and has taken to finding a corner in the house to vacate on instead of going outside. I shoveled out an area as her bathroom and sometimes she’ll poop there but recently, she’ll pee outside and then just stand there looking sheepish. Once I give up and go inside, the second we stop paying attention we’ll find the nugget pile. It’s frustrating because I know she has to go, she knows she has to go, we’re both just standing there for 10 minutes in below freezing temperatures. Nothing.

Do I just need to start showering her with treats again? Like starting over on potty training?
