3 month old puppy eating everything she sees on the ground and won’t stop biting.

So I’ve got this little puppy, and she is really smart, she grasps onto things quickly it seems, she knows sit, come, stand, down, get in your crate and a few more things. But when she picks something off the ground such as a rock or acorns or grass and dirt, she will thrash her head around run away and fight like the devil to keep you from getting it. It’s a very dangerous behavior because she could easily swallow and choke on a rock while thrashing it around in her mouth. She def forgets come and sit and everything when she gets something in her mouth. She also pulls on the leash so hard I wind up having to pick her up because she will choke herself and make her throat horse. She also will not stop biting and any “corrective behavior” I’ve been suggested does not work, such as making a high pitched noise or a loud TSS. None of it works she just thinks I’m trying to play. 😭😭 any tips y’all?
