Prozac Australia

Ive been on zactin 20mg since October last year and I wanted to increase my dose. I saw my GP today and she said she is only allowed to prescribe up to 20mg and to get a higher dose I need to see a specialist.

Is this right in Australia? What specialist would I need to see to get a higher dose?
