Has anyone used PODpartner? Is it worth using?

Found PODpartner, honestly has everything I’m looking for. But I feel like I need to know people’s experiences with them. I know people had issues with them around July to September of last year bc of them expanding facilities, however other than that, has anyone over the past couple had any issues? Really don’t want loads customers emailing me about problems so I’m hoping they’re not like that…
