How many of you are taking aspirin?

I had my 10w appt today, and was told I needed to start taking 81mg Aspirin once I’m 12w since I’ve had Covid in the past. I’ve had it like 3 times with the most recent being last year, and I had no issues each time. I know there’s a risk for blood clots with Covid, but is this something everyone is taking? And I say everyone because I’m assuming the majority of the population has had Covid at least once. Is this a new guideline for the standard of care that’s been put into place since 2020?
