Hey everyone!

I was wondering if anyone knows any websites or YouTube channels that give you information about giving birth that don’t scare you? I tried to research some but the person I was viewing was saying not to have a c section or epidural because they’re dangerous. But I may end up needing both of those things because there’s some conditions in my family that may mean I’ll need them. For example, I found Jen Hamilton on Tik Tok and she was describing something that could happen in a calming and easy to understand way. Hopefully that makes sense way. Im very tired right now and I’m having a hard time finding the words that make sense lol.
