Cold while pregnant

Hi all. I’m 6 weeks and 4 days pregnant with my first. I’ve had a cold for about 4 ish days. I obviously haven’t taken any medicine just suffered lol. I’ve had my left ear clogged for over a day and it’s uncomfortable. Especially when I threw up this morning bc of morning sickness, my head was absolutely pounding. I woke up at 5 am with a pounding headache. Any advice? Should I go to Dr? I’m trying to make that my last resort. Thanks!
