How to condition the skin for inside leg hang?
I need help with ideas to get my thigh skin accustomed to inside leg hang. I can and have growth accustom to Gemini/outside leg hang, Marley, pole sits, even can do drops-ish but my inside leg hang is thwarting me because of pain which is making me scared and unconfident which of course is an issue for inverts. I also have some excess wrinkly skin at my thigh due to weight loss so I also tend to shift down the pole before my skin grabs making it more of a shearing experience 😣
I’ve been at it for six months. What sort of skin condition have you done to get your skin accustomed to this or really any move, if applicable.
