How to improve my straddle?

I've been doing pole for 10 months now, I absolutely love this sport and I'm so glad I found a community here, too. I've never felt this passionate about a sport.

I think I should be able to have a decent invert at this point (I'm currently performing tricks I considered impossible for me a few months ago, such as reiko, butterfly, Scorpio bridge... I have a lot to improve yet, but I'm proud of it!!), but instead all I get is a C shaped back that allows me to hook my ankle and then leg-climb upwards (least glamorous thing I ever done in pole, and that's a lot to say for me). I can't get my hips high enough, and I don't really coordinate my two legs for a V invert, so I rise one first and then the other. I know it has a psychological reason, but I also may be failing on the strength or techniques.

I have the same problem when inverting on the aerial hoop; my teacher attempted to get me familiar with the invert movement on the silks (and it worked!! But just while inverting on the silks straight from the floor), but I didn't get any better.

Any advices??

EDIT: I got a screenshot of the video where you can see my arms, my back and the way my legs don't go together, I think that could be one of the issues
