Use or Save super rocket radars?

I have 2 super rocket radars. Are they worth using on Palkia? I have 2 palkia 2762 CP and a shadow at 1418 (both 2 stars). I have plenty of water types like kyogre and gyarados. Are there better Giovanni shadows coming/coming soon?
