How are y'all catching 200 pokemons in a day?

One of the requirements for getting to level 41 is catching 200 pokemons in a day and I just got to say as a player who just completed the master works research catch 75 pokemon in a day and was really struggling I'd like to know how I'm suppose to catch 200 in a day.
