Collection tracker

Based in the UK, just looking for any advice on what you all use to track your collections as they grow? Currently using the Price Charting app however I've noticed the occasional card can't be found so it's a little inaccurate. Not looking at this from a financial perspective, just looking for something simple and effective to keep on top of, thanks! ✌
